EXPECTED TO MOVE FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA LATE
TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. HEAVY SNOW...STRONG
WINDS...AND BLOWING SNOW WILL ACCOMPANY THE PASSAGE OF THE ARCTIC
FRONT. EXTREMELY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL BE OVER THE AREA WEDNESDAY
AND THURSDAY.
